Sandra Pence (Louise Griffiths) was a hidden villainess from "Ms. Willows Regrets," episode 12.11 of CSI (airdate January 18, 2012). She was a former Army soldier who became an assassin in league with Mark Gabriel's Hit Squad.
In her lone physical appearance in the 2nd episode of a three-episode arc, Sandra became part of Laura Gabriel's villainous plan to set up her husband; which involved FBI Agent James McQuaid (Laura's lover and co-conspirator) infiltrating Sandra into his squad. In the beginning of the episode, the evil Sandra entered the law office of Malcolm Turner, doing so in a disguise and going under the name Mrs. Hobart.
After Geoffrey Kruger entered under the guise of a water delivery person, Sandra rose from her seat and shot receptionist Amelia Groves to death, and later killed Malcolm Turner through the doors of his office. Sandra and Geoffrey were led by Paul Obrecht, who later killed his cohorts as part of a plan to fake Laura and McQuaid's deaths. Sandra and Geoffrey were both burned to death in their car.
