Samantha aka Wiggs Dinner (Melanie Leishman) is a minor villainess from "He Sleeps with the Chips", episode 1.09 of Republic of Doyle (airdate March 17, 2010). She was a 15-year-old member of a pseudo-gangster gang known as "709 Click", with their leader being rap DJ Spinz Magee. In her gang, Samantha went under the name "Wiggs Dinner".
Samantha was confronted by Jake Doyle and Des Courtney while they were on a case given to them by Jake's friend Ziggy Putt, whose chip truck had been stolen and whose business partner Sid Bavis had disappeared. While initially claiming innocence in the theft, Samantha and her friends were proven to have stolen the truck from the bullet proof vest left behind by the gang, which was found to be a fit for Spinz. Samantha confessed to stealing Ziggy and Sid's truck, claiming the bullet proof vest was used in a gang initiation and that they'd stolen the truck due to having no money to take the bus.
Later on, though, Sid was revealed to have made a deal with drug queen Yana, with Samantha and her friends (who were drug dealers) stealing a shipment of cocaine they had on the chip truck that was meant for Yana and her crew, who later abducted Sid to scare Ziggy into giving up the shipment. After having his teenage niece Tinny go undercover to catch Samantha in the act of selling drugs, Samantha confessed to stealing the cocaine from Ziggy and Sid's truck and told them that she had the rest of the shipment in her father's garage--only to find her father burning it upon taking Jake and Des to her house. Samantha's ultimate fate is left unrevealed.
