Sally (Beverly D'Angelo) known specifically as Madame Sally, is a minor villainess in the 2008 American buddy stoner comedy film, Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanomo Bay.

While the two protagonists Harold Lee and Kumar Patel have an emotional experience with their respective prostitutes, Neil Patrick Harris swings with the most bustiest prostitute available, Cynthia Jean "Tits" Hemingway (played by real life porn-starlette Echo Valley), then brands his initials on her left butt-cheek causing "Tits" to panic from the abuse. Sally takes poorly to this, first pushing everyone out of the way to find her double-barrelled shotgun, causing Harold and Kumar to also panic as they flee while she shoots Neil Patrick Harris twice in the back with her shotgun as he runs for the car, she then shoots at their windows for helpings Neil Patrick Harris escape, prompting them to floor the vehicles.

Sally was the Madame at the brothel "Madame Sally's Fox Hole", into which Neil Patrick Harris (the actor playing 'himself') takes the titular Harold and Kumar. Even though Neil Patrick Harris has a habit of treating his hookers roughly, Sally is willing to line the girls up, despite not being the most large, she is most definitely in charge thanks to her marksmanship skills.
