Rose Pink is the villain in the Totally Spies episode "Totally Talented". She is a Korean influencer.
She is incredibly vain, adoring popularity, yet is too lazy to develop her own talents, so she resorts to stealing it from other popular influencers and becomes quite successful. Despite this she wishes to reach the top, and it's this over zealous endeavor which gets her caught and arrested in the end.
