Rose aka Oki (Mariko Suzuki) is the villainess of "Conan, Kid, and the Crystal Mother", the 4th OVA of the Case Closed series (released in 2004). She was an assassin working alongside jewel thief Snake, who also went by the codename "Jackal".
The villainous cohorts were shown to be aboard the same train as Selizabeth, the queen of the Principality of Ingram, who was in possession of "The Crystal Mother", the largest and most valuable topaz in Europe. Rose was first introduced disguising herself as a conductor named Oki, hiding her role as a villainous assassin. Later on, while meeting with Snake regarding the fact that famed thief "Kaitou Kid" (the criminal alias of Kaito Kuroba) was looking to steal the Crystal Mother, the evil Rose suggested they kill Kaitou Kid to get the topaz and revealed her other plan: to kill Queen Selizabeth and establish herself as a superior assassin.
Later on, Kaitou Kid managed to make off with the Crystal Mother, only for Snake to attack him as he was confronted by Selizabeth's son Phillip, with Snake holding Phillip at gunpoint in an attempt to get Kaitou to hand over the topaz. As Kaitou was able to subdue Snake and retrieve the topaz (later returning it), Rose put on her conductor disguise as she began to sneak up on the distressed Selizabeth. But before she could go through with her assassination attempt, Rose was confronted by Conan Edogawa, who had uncovered her and Snake's plot to steal the Crystal Mother and kill Selizabeth. In response to Conan pointing out how she'd failed to change her socks as part of her disguise, Rose attempted to strike Conan with her gun, with Conan taking the opportunity to shoot Rose with his stungun watch, knocking the villainess out. Rose managed to return to the organization.

- Mariko Suzuki also appeared in Case Closed OVA as evil kidnapper Miki Ogura and voiced thief Tenko Himemiya in a Season 14 episode.
