Rosa Schmidt (Jana Svandova) is a secondary antagonist in the 1993 prison-exploitation fim "Chained Heat II".
Rosa is the lead guard at Razik Prison, a decaying remnant of the Communist regime in Czechoslovakia. She serves under the drug-addicted warden Magda Kassar (Brigitte Nielsen), who is her lesbian lover.
In the film, innocent American girls who foolishly fall asleep on trains, are planted with illegal drugs. Then they are set up on phony busts, and sent to the prisons. One of these girls is an American tourist Alex Morrison (Kimberly Kates), who once she arrives in Prague, she is immediately arrested and taken to Razik. It is discovered that the prison is being used used to supply girls for porn-video productions. During some of the torture sessions on camera, one of the prisoners is killed. In addition, some of the ladies are being used as prostitutes for a local swanky casino.
Rosa is also very sadistic, and puts the inmates to work nude in preparing drugs for sale and export.
Alex's sister, Susan (Kari Whitman) teams up with Stefan (Marek Vasut) to investigate Razik. They invade the prison and help set off a riot.
Rosa becomes jealous and power-mad. When Rosa gets into a catfight with one of the inmates, Magda does not interfere, until Rosa is beaten. Then she steps on her neck and shoots her with a machine gun.
