Rosa (Marlene Forte) was a minor villainess from the 2013 comedy/horror spoof movie A Haunted House. She was the housekeeper for protagonist Malcolm Johnson, and was shown to have the habit of sneaking up on people without warning. When Malcolm's girlfriend Kisha Davis moved into his house, Rosa instantly struck up conflict with her due to her bizarre behavior and Kisha's belief that she insulted her in Spanish.
Rosa's official villainous reveal came when Malcolm and Kisha left the house as Rosa was cleaning, leaving a hidden camera positioned on a rotating fan rolling. Once the couple was gone, Rosa swept everything underneath the rug and got on the phone with (presumably) her lover, drinking a beer as she boasted about how she had fooled Malcolm and Kisha into thinking she didn't speak English and invited him over to enjoy the pool. Before that, though, Rosa had a group of topless women preparing drugs at the kitchen table, revealing herself as a drug queenpin. When she noticed one girl had a low amount, the evil Rosa viciously slapped her and (offscreen) shot her dead. Rosa was also shown having sex with a man on the kitchen table before Malcolm and Kisha returned home, with her putting on her usual persona for her employer.
One night, Malcolm and Kisha noticed strange footprints in the powder he had put out to catch the ghost he presumed was haunting the house. When they run into Rosa, Malcolm attacks her under the belief that she was the ghost. When Kisha made a comment about how they thought Rosa was "an alien" (referring to a comment she made earlier about how strange the footprints were), Rosa took it to be a racist insult and immediately quit. During the film's climax, Rosa returned to the house to collect her last check. During that time Malcolm had enlisted the help of Father Doug Williams, ghost hunters Dan and Bobby Kearney, and Chip "The Psychic" to exorcise the ghost that had possessed Kisha. As the four men chased Kisha, Williams took a shotgun and shot Rosa multiple times under the assumption that she was Kisha, killing her.
