Rika Minakami (Megumi Han) is a villainess from "High School Girl Detective Sonoko Suzuki", episode 28.18 of Case Closed (airdate September 29, 2018). She was an assistant of Hiroto Sasaki, owner of Sasaki Art Studio.
Rika's backstory revealed that she had been having affair with Nanae Yoshimura's husband, callously calling the woman foolish behind her back for not realizing her husband's infidelity. Though Yoshimura initially had told her that he would soon divorce with Nanae so that he could be with her, the evil Rika had grown impatient with his empty promise and plotted to kill Nanae so that Yoshimura will marry her.
On the day of the murder, the villainess lured Nanae to the rooftop of Yoshimura's workplace and stab her to death. In a fit of jealousy, Rika removed Nanae's wedding ring and prepared to dispose of her body. Though she initially planned to use the car inside the building to dispose of Nanae's body elsewhere, she was unable to leave the building with Nanae's car to due to the water pipe's repair going on in front of the building shortly before the murder. She then decided to bury the body under the flowerbed on the rooftop, but was unable to as the dirt was too shallow. While troubled with the situation, Rika was forced to quickly return to the studio after receiving a phone call from Hiroto, and used the extra scaffoldings to cross to the studio's roof.
After joining up with Hiroto to greet the recently arrived Sonoko Suzuki, Ran Mouri, and Conan Edogawa, she realized that the murder was witnessed by Sonoko, who was out stargazing with her binoculars at the nearby park with the two. After serving the three some drinks, Rika made up an excuse to go back to finish her work upstairs, but actually went back to the rooftop to hide the body at the top of the scaffolding on the back of the rooftop. She then set up a device with rope and a fan near the flowerbed to pull the scaffolding back to Yoshimura's building after she crossed back to the office. Though Sonoko and friends were unable to find Nanae's body inside the building and on the rooftop nor connect her to the crime, they realized that the murder did happen due to Nanae's sleeping bag for camping was missing and suspected the villainess of the murder, but was unable to prove her connection to the crime, and concluded that Sonoko must had seen a hand of mannequin or something else instead.
However, Sonoko and Conan both separately deduced the truth behind the crime: the body's location for the former and Rika being the murderer for the latter. Rika was then visited by Sonoko who asked to be let into Yoshimura's building again so that she could pinpoint the body's location. Realizing that Sonoko had mostly figured about the crime and knew that the culprit (she herself) was still likely to have the ring stolen form Nanae in their possession, Rika followed Sonoko to the rooftop with a knife with an intention of silencing her. After hearing Sonoko's deduction and witnessing her successfully proved her theory, the villainess revealed her knife and motive to Sonoko, blasting at both Nanae and her husband and that Sonoko was no different from them for not realizing that she herself was the murderer. She then corned Sonoko at the scaffolding and almost caused the girl to slip off but managed to barely hang for her life. As the villainess prepared to send Sonoko to her doom, she was kicked in the face by Conan's ball, losing consciousness, with Sonoko being saved by Ran. Afterward, Rika was taken into the custody for Nanae's murder by the police.
