Rhonda Johnson (Marcia Karr) is the hidden villainess in the 1987 horror film, "Killer Workout", which also went by the title "Aerobocide".

A young woman named Valerie (also played by Marcia Karr) was burned after entering a tanning salon bed.  Two years later, her twin sister, Rhonda, runs a local gym that specializes in aerobic exercise.

Rhonda runs what is known as Rhonda's Workout, an L.A. aerobics gym, where gorgeous girls run around in neon spandex and leg warmers, and show off their teased up hair and tight bodies.  A series of mysterious deaths take place in the gym by a masked killer using an oversized safety pin.

Private investigator Chuck Dawson (Ted Prior) infiltrates the gym looking for answers, while Rhonda tries to prevent her customers from cancelling their memberships.  In one scene, Chuck gets in a scrap with Jim Callick (Fritz Matthews).

Nearly everyone is a suspect until they end up a victim.  A total of 13 bodies fall victim of the killer.  The most notable are Jaimy (Teresa Van der Woude), who is Rhonda's unreliable employee.  In the end, she is found in the locker room hanging from the ceiling.  In addition, Rachael McDlee (Teresa Truesdale) is slashed to death in a shower.  In addition, busty aerobics patron Debbie (Dianne Copeland) is killed after having a fling with Chuck.  She attempts to elude the killer, but is stabbed through the soft convertible top of her sports car with a giant knife.

In the end, it is revealed that Rhonda is in fact Valerie, the girl who got burned in the tanning bed.  Rhonda makes her get away by having a shoot-out in an abandoned rail-yard.  She ultimately gets away with it, and is seen back at her aerobics studio going into her office.  Before the credits come up, she pulls out her giant safety pin and grins at the camera.
