Reiko Hanaoka (Keiko Aizawa) is a villainess from "The Shaking Restaurant", episode 10.06 of Case Closed (airdate December 3, 2001). She was the wife of Shigeru Hanaoka, with the couple co-owning the restaurant Karantei.

Detective Kogoro Mouri was a frequent visitor of the restaurant, with the episode beginning by having him come to the restaurant with his daughter Ran and Conan Edogawa. During their visit, Shigeru talked about the upcoming fishing trip he was going on, with Shigeru expressing doubt in Reiko's claim that she would be spending the holiday alone while her husband was out fishing.

Shigeru's comment served as foreshadowing to Reiko's reveal as a villainous adulteress, as she was having an affair with Minoru Wada, the chef at their restaurant. Wanting to get Shigeru out of the way in order to be with Minoru, the evil Reiko colluded with her illicit lover to kill Shigeru. To do so, Minoru froze one of the flower vases used in the decor of their restaurant, later using a fork and string to hang the frozen flower vase above Shigeru as he sat at his usual table, preparing his things for his fishing trip.

The villainous couple's plan was to have the vase drop onto Shigeru's head and kill him when the ice thawed out, with the nearby construction that periodically shook the restaurant allowing them to stage Shigeru's death as an accident. But before the ice thawed, Shigeru was bludgeoned to death by vengeful waitress Saki Yoshizawa, who wanted revenge on Shigeru (her father) for abandoning her mother and leaving her to raise Saki on her own. Reiko's villainous reveal came when evidence of her adultery was uncovered, as Shigeru had become suspicious of Reiko and had a private investigator tail her, with the investigator giving Shigeru photos of Reiko and Minoru together. While Reiko and Minoru's plan was ultimately proven to have failed, Reiko was presumably arrested (off-screen) for plotting to murder her husband.
