Raynare (レイナーレ) is one of the fallen angel villainesses of the manga High School DxD, its 2012 anime adaptation, and other media. In the anime she was voiced by Hitomi Nabatame and Felecia Angelle.
Story[]
Beautiful and arrogant Raynare
Raynare first appears under the disguise of an attractive and seemingly innocent schoolgirl named Yuma Amano (天野 夕麻). She befriends the hero Issei at the start of the series, but she cruelly stabs him in the abdomen with a spear of light at the end of their first date. This shows her true nature, which is that of a cruel, petty, vicious, treacherous, and very manipulative and deceptive barbarian.
Raynare returns to capture Asia to absorb her Sacred Gear, Twilight Healing. However, Issei and his allies eventually attack Raynare and she is swiftly defeated by his new power. Before being destroyed by the heroine Rias, she desperately pleaded for mercy, even going as far as to tell Issei that she loves him, but is turned into ashes by the Power of Destruction.
