Rachel Duncan (Elisabeth Röhm) is the tertiary villainess of the 2016 film Love Is All You Need?, which was based off the short film of the same name.

Rachel was a devoted reverend who was very open regarding her disapproval of heterosexual couples, as the film takes place in a society where homosexuality is the cultural norm and heterosexuality is largely reviled. She is revealed partway through the movie to have a heterosexual sister who left her wife for a man, possibly explaining her strong heterophobic ways. She appeared to have a friendship with parishioner Jude Klein, a popular college football player. When Jude came to Rachel in confession with feelings that no one saw who she really was, Rachel disregarded them and told her that she had to live out the path that God cut out for her.

Later on, Jude came to Rachel and revealed to her that she was cheating on her girlfriend Kelly Williams, whilst leaving out the detail that her lover was male journalist Ryan Morris. In response, Rachel told her she would have to tell Kelly the truth, end their relationship, and bring her new "girlfriend" to the church to pray for forgiveness. When Rachel found out about the true nature of Jude's affair after Kelly outed her and Ryan, she became furious and ordered young parishioner Benson to go to Jude's upcoming football game and "do God's work". This led Benson and several of Rachel's other followers to kidnap, torture, and eventually kill Ryan, with the lead attacker calling Rachel during the assault for advice.

After Ryan's death, detectives on his case questioned Rachel, who denied any involvement in the event. The detectives were able to expose Rachel's role, though, by showing her a video of Ryan's torture that was posted online, including the moment she was called. Rachel was arrested and sent to prison for accessory to murder, and her final scene of the movie showed Jude going to talk to her in prison. After reading Rachel a Bible quote exposing her religious teachings as bigoted hate, Jude hung up the prison phone and left.
