Rachel Dawes (Danielle Moinet aka Summer Rae) was a villainess from the 2015 film, The Marine 4: Moving Target.

Rachel was the lone female member of a group of murderous mercenaries, led by the notorious Simon Vogel. The group was after whistleblower Liv Tanis, who is under the protection of the main protagonist, Jake Carter. Rachel had very little dialogue in the film, only speaking on two separate occasions. The first was in a phone conversation, but the second included Rachel directly confronting Jake. The confrontation ended badly for Rachel, as she was riddled with bullets from one of her partners due to being used as a human shield by Jake.
