Queen Morbidia (Linda Gary; 1944-1995) was the main villainess from "Me and My Shadow Demon," the 3rd episode of The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo (airdate September 21, 1985). She is one of the escapees from the Chest of Demons, and after she was freed, she and her monster minions took over Befuddle Manor, after holding owner Byron Befuddle prisoner.
Morbidia and her monsters planned to destroy the Chest of Demons, but Befuddle's shadow demon took possession of the Chest; doing so to lure Scooby Doo and company to the manor to free him and stop Morbidia. The group unknowingly encountered Morbidia when she was disguised as an elderly lady, only to reveal herself and cackle maniacally. After Shaggy and Scooby gave a musical performance, Morbidia confronted the group and demanded the Chest of Demons, which she thought they had. She ended up imprisoning the quintet, ordering her monsters to do so.
After they escaped with Befuddle and Vincent Van Ghoul, Morbidia and her minions chased them to a cliff. Now trapped, the heroes decided to perform another musical number to kill time before the sun could rise to destroy Morbidia. The ruse works, and the sun rises and reduces Morbidia to ash, which Flim Flam sweeps into the chest.
