The Psychiatrist (Erika Schickel) is a minor villainess from the 1989 movie The Toxic Avenger Part II.
She is bought off by Apocalypse Inc and used to manipulate The Toxic Avenger in to going to Japan to find his father, who is supposedly living there.
She is later seen having fun tormenting Toxie's blind girlfriend with Malfaire and The Bad Girls.
