Phoebe (Layla Alizada) is a villainess from "Death Wish," episode 8.17 of Castle (airdate April 11, 2016).
Phoebe is the leader of a trio of smugglers and thieves enlisted by villainous professor Marion Baker to acquire an ancient lamp that was part of King Solomon's tomb. The artifacts were discovered by Lars Cross, a protege of Marion's, during a trip to Turkey, after which Marion murdered Lars and made her plan to steal the lamp. After Marion killed Yuruk Sezen, Phoebe and her cohorts entered his rug shop and raided one of the crates that had the lamp.
After being encountered by Richard Castle, the evil Phoebe held Castle and gunpoint before he took out the lamp and rubbed it (as he believed in genies). At that moment, a blonde woman--later revealed as Genevieve Sutton--appeared in an apparent puff of smoke and saved Castle, and later in the episode, Phoebe was shown being interrogated by Javier Esposito and Kevin Ryan, as they attempted to gain information regarding the heist. The villainess refused to talk, and while it was officially determined that she wasn't Yuruk's killer, she was arrested (off-screen) for her other crimes.
