Phillipa Fitz (Abigail Spencer) is the main villainess from "The Man in the Mud," episode 3.10 of Bones (airdate April 14, 2008). She is a motorcycle racer for her family owned racing team, Slam Bolt Racing, which also had her twin brother, Danny, and her one-time lover, Tripp Goddard, as clients.
As revealed by Danny, Phillipa's relationship with Tripp didn't end well, as Tripp cheated on her. After learning that Lenny Fitz (Phillipa and Danny's father) was offering Tripp 10% of the company, Phillipa became enraged at the thought of working for her ex-lover. Phillipa planned to kill Tripp, beginning with sabotaging his bike. However, Tripp had signed the contract before he could take his planned fatal ride, so with that, the evil Phillipa bludgeoned Tripp to death with a pry bar, and she later drove to a muddy hotspring and dumped the body inside the mud filled bath. Later on, Danny ended up as an accidental victim of his sister's sabotage, as he ended up killed while riding on Tripp's bike during a race.
The Jeffersonian Crew's deduction that the pry bar swing wasn't performed with full strength led to the possibility that the killer was female, and female DNA found on the weapon revealed Phillipa as the killer. With her lawyer present, Phillipa was interrogated by Brennan and Booth, with the latter revealing that she went to that same hotspring with a date three years prior, which the villainess admitted. After this, Phillipa admitted to the murders; with Danny's obviously being accidental, and she was later arrested by Booth.
