Patricia Hightower, aka Nurse Kipley (Laura Coover), is the hidden main villainess from "God Johnson," episode 2.16 of Lucifer (airdate May 15, 2017). She is the daughter of Sue Hightower, a patient at an insane asylum where Patricia worked as a nurse. Going by the name Nurse Kipley, Patricia tortured her mother (claiming that she abused her for years) by pumping her full of drugs to make her insane.
Toby Mulligan, an orderly, witnessed Patricia's evil handiwork, and to keep him quiet, Patricia killed Toby by striking him on the back of the head with a backgammon board. She made an attempt to kill her mother, but Sue was saved by patient God Johnson, who had healing powers due to a belt buckle he was wearing.
In both attacks, the evil Patricia donned a Santa Claus mask, and she had the disguise on when she attacked Lucifer. The villainess later took him to an operating room, where she removed her mask after God outed her as Nurse Kipley. After ranting about her mother, Patricia planned to kill Lucifer and God, with the plan to make it look like a murder-suicide. At that moment, Chloe arrived and held Patricia under arrest.

Starting thinking about the technical details of the hanging part of her plan
(Seemingly having found what she was looking for on the ceiling) "I'm gonna go find a ladder."
A helpless Lucifer watching this blond angel of death temporarily leaving them to prepare their imminent assassinations
God and Lucifer exchanging their last words while the evil nurse is coming back in the background with a ladder
