Pam Adler (Paige Turco) is the main villainess from "Ridicule," episode 3.10 of Law & Order: SVU (airdate December 14, 2001). She is a defense attorney and a senior at the law firm of Rose, Adler, and Klein.
It is also made known that Pam and her associates, Amelia Chase and Sidney Green, raped Peter Smith, a male stripper, at Sidney's bachelorette party. Peter's attempt for justice wasn't successful, due to the fact that female-on-male rapes are rare and also because of his profession. Nevertheless, he later disclosed that Sidney had offered to settle and come clean about the roles that she and her cohorts played in raping him; this came after he had sued her for $5 million. After learning about Sidney's deal, Pam and Amelia worked together to murder their co-conspirator, ensuring that her death appeared to be an autoerotic asphyxiation accident. Sidney's corpse was later discovered by her ex-husband Andrew in the episode's opening.
Pam's villainous reveal came when Peter stated that one of the women uttered the following statement: "What you know about the law wouldn't fit in the palm of my hand." After Benson and Stabler recalled Pam uttering a similar sentence to them when they first interviewed her, the villainous attorney (along with Amelia) was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault. Amelia later testified against Pam after evidence of her involvement in Sidney's murder was discovered, but despite that, Pam was only convicted of the assault by the jury. The villainess was then arrested after the trial for masterminding Sidney Green's murder, and at the end of the episode, the evil Pam arrogantly boasted that she'd beat that charge as well. She was later Convicted offscreen for orchestrating the death of her cohort.
