Odessa, aka Sandy Bumford (Ogy Durham), is a villainess from "All About Eve," episode 4.04 of Lucifer (airdate May 8, 2019). She was introduced as one of two women who were shown in a plane with jewelry designer Pablo Silva (the episode's murder victim).
The video showed Odessa wearing a necklace designed by Pablo, which he was supposed to distribute to notorious crime lord Bashir Al-Fassad. In actuality, Odessa was actually a con woman, and her appearance was mainly to steal the necklace for Turkish Pete, who planned to sell it at the black market. As Ella Lopez revealed later on, Odessa's real name was Sandy Bumford, and she had a history of seducing men in bars before stealing from them.
Odessa was working one of her scams at a bar known as Dalton's Place when she was encountered by Lucifer Morningstar, who entered the bar with Eve (the other woman in the plane, as well as the first created woman and Lucifer's former flame). Their attempt to retrieve the necklace was thwarted by the evil Odessa, who enlisted her henchmen to subdue the pair, leading to a bar fight which ended with Lucifer being stabbed in his shoulder with a pool cue, after which he knew that Chloe Decker had arrived (as she was the only person who caused Lucifer's vulnerability). Odessa was arrested afterwards, and she confessed to her role in the necklace's theft, in exchange for immunity.
