Nurse Wrestler is a zako appearing in the PSP and XBOX 360 beat 'em up game Unbound Saga, made by Vogster Entertainment. They appear as mature women with short blonde hair, slender bodies, fair skin and slightly toned bellies/midriffs. They wear a nurse-themed wrestling outfit that consists of a miniskirt with a red belt and a pair of black panties underneath, a pair of white rubber gloves, white sleeveless crop top with red stars on their breasts and red cross on their backs, black pantyhoses with garters, a small white nurse hat and a pair of white boots. Their attacks consists of dropkicks, cartwheels as well as some series of punches. Despite their name and appearances, Nurse Wrestlers does not use any wrestling moves. They can be taken out easily with a backbreaker straight into their bellies or tossed into each other, and they emit coquettish moans when hurt or knocked out. They appear in Issue 9, where the protagonists are trapped inside a fighting tournament and they have to fight their way through pastiches of fighting game characters. Like most of the enemies in-game, Nurse Wrestlers turn into paper when they're knocked out or killed

- The Nurse Wrestlers (along with the other zakos and the female protagonist Lori Machette herself) are voiced by Jessica Straus.She also voiced another wrestler character, Dixie Clemets from Rumble Roses
- Since Issue 9's enemies consists of fighting game character pastiches, the Nurse Wrestlers are based of Anesthesia from Rumble Roses, both being female joshi puroresu wrestlers with a nurse theme. However, Anesthesia is voiced by a different voice actor, Wendee Lee. Nonetheless, both Anesthesia and the Nurse Wrestlers has a coquettish voice with a masochistic tone
- In the PSP version, the Nurse Wrestlers' bellies appears to be less toned due to graphical limitations
- Due to the game's ragdoll physics, you can see the Nurse Wrestlers' panties by knocking them to the back. Their black panties could be a reference to the Delmo Corps from Agent AIKa
