Nurse Leta (played by Yvette Yates) is the secondary villainess from the 2014. movie "In the blood."
Movie's heroine, Ava (played by Gina Carano), is a tough girl, trained fighter with a dark past. She is trying to rescue her husband, who is abducted and detained in the hospital. To infiltrate into the hospital, Ava needs an ID card. Her plan is to take it from nurse Leta, who is a part of conspiracy.
Earlier in the movie, nurse Leta is the one who is officially denying that Ava's husband had been admitted in the hospital. Thus, Ava has no mercy for beautiful Leta. She grabs her when she leaves her car, strangles her, gets the ID card, and disposes Leta's body in the car's trunk. (There is online debate as to whether Ava actually kills Leta or performs a sleeper hold on the woman, rendering her unconscious.)
