Nicole Ryan (Erin Richards) was the villainess of "The Terminator", episode 1.03 of Crossing Lines (airdate June 30, 2013). She was a former Irish dancer and prostitute before she became the sole female member of a ring of art thieves. As her part of the scheme, Nicole would seduce her group's target before poisoning them with radioactive polonium, at which point her male cohorts (Frankie and Marcus Staam) would come in to commit the robbery.
In the episode's beginning, Nicole's latest target was a business man who was in possession of an original Van Gogh painting, approaching him at his daughter's fashion show and seducing him into taking her to his hotel room. Once there, Nicole placed a transmitter to the phone and later poisoned a glass of wine her mark had given her with polonium in the bathroom. She then swapped glasses with the man, who immediately tasted the poison, and left the room after holding the man off with mace. When the man called 911, Frankie and Marcus went up to the room before the paramedics arrived, chloroforming the man (who later died) and stealing the painting, replacing it with a fake.
After Frankie and Marcus were captured and interrogated, Marcus revealed that Nicole's next target was at an art gallery in Prague the following night. Sergeant Eva Vittoria was sent in to find Nicole, and eventually found her talking with art dealer Taylor Reed, who Nicole had agreed to target despite some initial weariness over Taylor being a woman. Eva confronted Nicole in the bathroom as she was preparing another drugged wine to give Taylor, leading the villainess to attempt to run. But once she was cornered by the rest of Eva's unit, the psychotic Nicole went into a rant about her misandrist motivation for her murders, claiming that her victims were at fault for trying to sleep with her (despite her having instigated the trysts) before threatening to kill the officers with the polonium. But once she was reminded that the polonium was only fatal when ingested, Nicole drank the poisoned wine, deciding that she would rather die than go to prison.
