Najaah Herat aka Ally Wilson (Anne Bedian) was a villainess from "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles", episode 3.06 of Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye (airdate November 14, 2004). She was a conspirator for notorious terrorist Arif Dessa (nicknamed "Prince of Terror"), with her letters to Dessa indicating they were also lovers. It was also found that Najaah was involved in bomb making schemes in Palestine, Yemen, and Iraq, and even trained at al-Quada camps.

The episode's events had Dessa and his cohorts planning a major terrorist attack in New York, with the plan having Najaah steal a tanker truck of gas in Virginia. She later took refuge at a house belonging to Farmer Walkins (his first name is never revealed) after shooting and killing the man, placing his body in his car and dumping it into a nearby pond. The FBI team (as well as Adam Kinsey, an actor shadowing the FBI team whoo was given clearance to follow the investigation) was called to the farm by Sheriff Benny Edwards due to a report of a tanker driving down the road to Walkins' house.

The FBI team stormed the property, finding the stolen tanker in the barn and Najaah in an upstairs bedroom of the house, with the villainess smashing her Blackberry before being shoved to the ground and handcuffed. When first questioned by Bobby Manning, Najaah identified herself as Ally Wilson and claimed she was a friend of Walkins and was staying with him along with her boyfriend Khalid. Upon being surrounded by agents, Najaah claimed her handcuffs were hurting her, and asked the agents to cuff her hands in the front to relieve the pain she had in her shoulder. While the agents were initially unwilling to fulfill Najaah's request, Adam (having become outraged by the FBI's seemingly unjust treatment of Najaah) encouraged them to do so; with the agents reluctantly agreeing.

After thanking Adam for his kindness, however, Najaah proceeded to injest a cyanide pill, killing herself (off-screen) after the agents failed to revive her. It was later on that Najaah was post-humously revealed to be a career terrorist and Walkins' killer, as his body was recovered in the pond and a gun found in Najaah's belongings was found among her belongings. It was also revealed that Najaah planned to commit a suicide bombing as part of Dessa's plan, as it was found she had a suicide vest already outfitted with explosives in preparation for the act.
