Kara Torkelson (Ronda Rousey) and Janet Johnson-Luna (Cecily Strong) are the villainesses from the "Teacher Trial" sketch from the January 24, 2016 episode of Saturday Night Live.
Janet Johnson-Luna actually first appeared in the similar sketch on the April 12, 2015 episode, which had her on trial for having sex with her student, Gavin Daly. The skit had a prosecutor attempting to prove that Ms. Luna took advantage of Gavin, only for Gavin to boast about his sexual encounter with the villainess, which resulted in Ms. Luna laughing and blushing over her illicit lover's boasting. The prosecutor's case also wasn't helped by the judge constantly praising Gavin, and after Ms. Luna's defense lawyer stated that she and her client were "beyond good," Gavin was excused, with the 2015 skit ending with Gavin conversing with Ms. Luna.
It was in the 2016 skit that the evil Ms. Luna returned to trial with another villainous teacher, Ms. Torkelson, as that skit had the pair on trial due to them having a three-way with Gavin. Much like the 2015 sketch, Gavin boasted about the encounter and stated that he received a lot of praise from his male peers, while also revealing that his encounter bonded his father and grandfather together. The pair of villainesses laughed and blushed as Gavin retold his story, while the judge gave him more praise. The skit ended with the trial going on a short recess.
