Ms. Coler is the villainess of CSI: Mind Prison, a 2005 Newgrounds point-and-click game based off the CSI TV series. She was the mother of John Coler, who she reported as missing after coming home and finding a pool of blood in his room. The CSI team was called in and an investigation was opened. When Ms. Coler was questioned by Nick Stokes, she appeared heartbroken at her son's disappearance and pleaded with Nick to let her be alone.
During the course of the investigation, however, a dark secret of Ms. Coler is revealed: she was having an incestuous relationship with John. This was proven when Greg Sanders ran the DNA evidence collected by Nick and the player, which included a hair on John's bed and a condom found in his garbage. The hair belonged to Ms. Coler and her DNA was found on the condom along with John's, proving a sexual relationship between mother and son.
Later on, the bodies of John and Sarah Kinsey, John's girlfriend who had also been reported missing, were found at the abandoned KW factory, both having been stabbed to death. The knife used to kill the two teens was found in John's body, and the fingerprints were proven to be Ms. Coler's. Ms. Coler was brought in by Nick, and it was during his interrogation that he deduced that Ms. Coler had hated Sarah for her relationship with John and killed them both when she caught them together the morning of John's death, stabbing them to death with a knife from John's collection before leaving their bodies at the KW factory. The evil Ms. Coler confessed to the murders, angrily proclaiming that Sarah had deserved worse. She was presumably arrested soon afterwards.
