Mrs Moore (Zsa Zsa Gabor) is the evil antagonist in the 1971 "Night Gallery" episode "The Painted Mirror".
Plot[]
Frank Standish's once-thriving antique shop is now struggling financially, forcing him to take on a new business partner, Mrs. Moore. However, Frank is appalled by Mrs. Moore's attempts to modernize the store, including her tacky taste and abrasive demeanor. One of Frank's loyal clients, Ellen Chase, visits the shop to sell an antique mirror. Frank values the mirror at $10, but Mrs. Moore dismisses its worth, opting to take it on consignment plus a paltry $1. Ellen is offended but hopes Frank can renegotiate a better price. As it turns out, the mirror is quite unusual, covered entirely in black paint. Frank decides to restore the mirror, removing the paint with chemicals and a chisel. To his astonishment, he discovers a prehistoric landscape hidden beneath the glass.
The next morning, Ellen returns to find Frank has finished restoring the mirror. They're both amazed to find they can almost touch the prehistoric scene, which appears to be just inches away. However, they're hesitant to step through the mirror, fearing the unknown. Standish's store cat, however, is not so cautious. Chased by Mrs Moore's dog, the cat dashes into the mirror and disappears. It quickly returns, seemingly spooked (having witnessed severl dinosaurs). Later, Mrs. Moore arrives, informing Frank that she's buying him out and he'll need to vacate the premises.
Feeling despondent, Ellen suddenly conceives a plan. She tosses the dog's ball into the mirror, and the dog gives chase. Mrs. Moore pursues her pet into the prehistoric world, where she quickly gains the attention of several ferocious dinosaurs. As Mrs. Moore tries to find her way back to the mirror, Frank and Ellen hastily paint over the glass, trapping the villainess in a perilous ancient landscape. Her dog wisely hides in the prehistoric world
