Mrs. Redlynn is an unseen villainess from the 2018 Lifetime film, A Father's Nightmare (airdate July 22, 2018).
Mrs. Redlynn is the mother of Zofia Redlynn, as well as the maternal grandmother of Vanessa Redlynn (the main villainess of the film and its 2012 predecessor, A Father's Nightmare). Vanessa was born Amanda Redlynn, and was the result of Zofia's relationship with Matt Carmichael, which Zofia's mother didn't approve of. At some point after Matt ended his relationship with Zofia, Mrs. Redlynn turned heel and abducted young Amanda out of spite.
Zofia managed to regain Amanda from her villainous and deranged mother, only for Zofia to undergo her own heel turn and attempt to kill the renamed Vanessa as part of a murder-suicide. Mrs. Redlynn's villainy was revealed by Matt during the climax of the film, which saw Vanessa attempt to kill her half-sister (Matt's daughter), Lisa Carmichael. Mrs. Redlynn's fate was never revealed in the film.
