Mrs. Malvo (Grey DeLisle) is a villainess from the 2019 film, Scooby-Doo and the Curse of the 13th Ghost. She appeared briefly in the early scenes of the film, and was introduced as the owner of a shopping mall.
The scenes saw Mystery Inc. chasing and capturing Farmer Morgan, under the group's belief that he was behind the mall's haunting. However, after failing to remove his disguise, a sheriff appeared and revealed that it was the real Farmer Morgan, and also revealed that the culprit was none other than Mrs. Malvo.
As the gang stated, Farmer Morgan was selling half of his farmland to Mrs. Malvo for the mall's upcoming expansion. Mrs. Malvo turned heel afterwards and staged the haunting of her own mall, doing so (most likely) to halt the sale and maintain her finances. While the sheriff chastised the gang for chasing of Farmer Morgan, the evil Mrs. Malvo attempted to escape, only to be knocked out by a tranquilizer dart before being officially arrested.
