Mrs. Horn is a villainess from "Ass on the Line", episode 1.02 of Netflix's Paradise PD (airdate August 31, 2018). She was a teacher at Paradise Elementary School, with the episode's opening scenes having her introduce her class to Paradise PD officer Kevin Crawford to teach a lesson on "good touch, bad touch".
The presentation went horribly, however, with Kevin (dressed in a dog costume) taking off his coat to reveal red tape X's on his body before singing a song telling the children that everyone they knew was a molestor. The song additionally had Kevin accusing Mrs. Horn of possessing child pornography, with Kevin being brought back to the station in handcuffs by his father Randall.
But after Kevin chided his father for not giving him a real police assignment, Randall revealed that Kevin's wild accusation against Mrs. Horn turned out to be true, as child porn was discovered on her laptop. Mrs. Horn was presumably arrested (off-screen) for possession of child pornography.
