Queen Morgan is the villainess of a 1945 issue of Jingle Jangle Comics.
The disguised Morgan steals Excalibur from her good brother King Arthur. Later, the sword is retrieved by a time-travelling kid named Bingo when a magic ring given to him by the Lady of the Lake blows up Morgan's castle when she touches it, saving Arthur's kingdom.
