Monique Roberts (Joyce Hyser) was a hidden villainess from "Maid Man," episode 12.04 of CSI (airdate October 12, 2011).

Monique Roberts was the mistress of notorious mobster Vinny Sapphire, though it was never revealed when Monique's affair with Vinny began. She ran off with Vinny 20 years prior to the events, with Vinny making the escape while he was facing double murder charges. In the episode, Monique was found dead in a hotel room, while wearing a suit, with the CSI crew finding Monique's body after it was revealed that Vinny's car was parked outside the hotel. It was during the discovery of Monique's body that the details regarding her fate and choice of attire came to light.

Monique after being shot by Joanna Sapphire
As revealed in the final scenes, Monique contacted Joanna Sapphire (Vinny's wife) a few months prior and informed her that Vinny had passed away due to cancer, and afterwards, they colluded together to obtain Vinny's emergency funds. As part of the plan, the women went to the mob museum opening, which was hosted by former mayor Oscar Goodman, with Monique donning the suit (to set up Vinny) and seducing security guard Stanley Gant into stealing a hit list belonging to Vinny's boss, Lou Gatta, as it had information on the money. After Gant does so, he gave the list to Monique, who shot and killed him in response. Regarding Monique's demise, she was shot and killed by an angry Joanna.
