Molly Holly is a retired professional wrestler and manager best known for her time in WCW and WWE, portraying a villainess in both promotions.

Molly Holly debuted in WCW in 1999, beginning a brief stint as the evil Miss Madness, one of the villainous valets of Randy Savage as part of his Team Madness stable. Among the other members of the group was fellow villainess Madusa, but after Savage lost the WCW title to Hulk Hogan, both Miss Madness and Madusa were fired by Savage, while the villainous valets were pointing the finger at one another over Savage losing the title.

Molly Holly left WCW in 2000 and joined the then-named World Wrestling Federation later that same year. Among her early gimmicks was competing as Mighty Molly, the sidekick of The Hurricane, but in what was perhaps her most notable moment at WrestleMania X8, Molly betrayed Hurricane and struck him in the head with a frying pan before defeating him to capture the Hardcore Championship. She would lose the title about an hour later to Christian, but it would mark the beginning of Molly's villainous turn.

Molly became a villainess two weeks later when she brutally attacked Trish Stratus, beginning a feud between the two. Part of Molly's evil character included going from blonde to brunette and a becoming a self-righteous prude who despised Trish's "loose morals." However, the evil Molly resorted to cheating en route to defeating Trish for her first Women's Championship at the King of the Ring PPV in 2002. Molly added a second Women's Championship in July 2003 when she defeated newcomer Gail Kim, ending Gail's four week reign. Gail turned villainous a week later and aligned with Molly to take down Trish and Lita but the villainesses were defeated every time.

Molly's second and last Women's Championship reign ended when she lost the title to Victoria in February 2004. Upset over losing the title, Molly demanded a rematch, which she received at WrestleMania XX, with one stipuatlion: the loser gets her head shaved. Molly failed to regain the title from Victoria at the event, and per the stipulation, Molly had her head shaved. In the weeks that followed, Molly donned various wigs to hide her shaved head, but they were always taken off by a babyface Diva. Molly would later be reduced to serving as an evil henchwoman to Trish Stratus, after Trish became a villainess at WrestleMania XX.
