Mitzy (Grey DeLisle) is a museum thief from The Johnny Bravo Affair.
She was surprised by Johnny Bravo, who was accidentally locked in the museum over night, then clumsily swallowed the jewel she wanted to steal. She took him home to cut open his stomach with a laser device, but before she could do so, Johnny destroyed her entire collection. After she restrains Johnny, Mama Bravo and the the museum guard storm her home to arrest her and rescue Johnny. She attempted to escape, swearing revenge on Johnny, but he tackled her to stop her from leaving, believing they were in love. After that she was arrested and incarcerated.

Night of 100 Frights, and voiced villainesses Mademoiselle Chantal, Verona Dempsey, and Galina Korzhakov on What's New, Scooby Doo? She also appeared on Be Cool, Scooby Doo! as Nate's villainous mother, evil assistant Carli, the villainous Mrs. Clune, scheming villainess Lori Logan, evil masterminds Bubby and Lori Walsh, greedy villainesses Mrs. Baker and Karen, and recurring villainess Rose.
- Grey DeLisle's most famous villainous roles are arguably Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender and evil babysitter Vicky from The Fairly Oddparents. She also voiced evil dominatrix Tammy Jane from Brickleberry and vengeful conspirator Mama Mione in 2014's Scooby-Doo! Frankencreepy.
