Mistress Pavlov (Wendie Malick) is a one-shot villain of the 1998 series The Secret Files of the Spy Dogs, appearing in the episode "Obedience".
She ran a scheme using her dog obedience school to hypnotise her customers into writing her cheques for their life savings. She also liked to make them behave like animals and would give them treats for good behaviour.
The Spy Dogs found out about her plans and used a mirror to trick her into hypnotising herself. They commanded her to never use her hypnotic powers again, and to go and be a good girl. She then got a job as a waitress in a sandwich restaurant.
