The unnamed Mistress is the secondary villainess of Carrie Underwood's music video for Two Black Cadillacs (release date January 23, 2013). She was the illicit lover of Carrie Underwood's husband, with both women being unaware of the man's unfaithfulness.
Vengeful at their shared lover, the women conspired to kill him in revenge. To do so, one of the women lured the man to an alley while the other chased him in a black Cadillac, with the other woman getting into her own car to corner him. Ultimately, one of the women killed the adulterer by hitting him with their car, and both women stood in satisfaction over his body.
The murder plot was shown via flashbacks, and Carrie and the mistress shared a moment of eye contact at the man's burial. After Carrie left her car keys on the man's coffin, the mistress left the funeral, with Carrie following suit.
