Miss Uecker (Carmen Electra) is a villainess from "VHS Transfer Memory Lane," episode 6.07 of Reno 911! (airdate May 13, 2009). She is a high school teacher who is also a statutory rapist, as she was habitually having sex with one of her students, 15-year-old Billy.
The episode saw Deputies Travis Junior, Sven Jones, and Trudie Weigel with Billy before the male deputies encountered Miss Uecker, with Junior taken aback by the villainous teacher's beauty. In response to Junior and Jones' inquiry regarding the tryst, Miss Uecker revealed that she engaged in sexual acts with Billy at least three or four times a day, shocking Jones and establishing Miss Uecker's heel persona. In addition, the evil Miss Uecker stated that other than Billy's sweet nature, she was turned on by his large anatomy, after which she is arrested and taken into custody.
