Miss Quote is the villainess from "Truth Ray," a 2014 commercial for Mercury Insurance. She is an unscrupulous insurance agent who sells high priced quotes to her customers.
In the beginning of the ad, the evil Miss Quote attempts to sell her immensely expensive quotes to an unsuspecting couple. However, her villainous plans are thwarted when she is approached by the agents from Mercury Insurance. One of the agents fires a "truth ray" at Miss Quote, which forces her to be honest about her expensive quote and the red tape surrounding them. Miss Quote's confessions continue for the rest of the ad, with her last statement saying that her customers should go with Mercury.
