Miss Polly is the one of the main antagonists of the 1979 Italian erotic comic "Lolita Story n.5: Sadismo Infame" (Infamous Sadism). The character was created by artist Manlio Truscia.
When series protagonists Lella and Ely take shelter from a storm in an abandoned house, they discover Miss Polly, her director Doc, and cameraman Stanislao making a violent pornographic film with two young adults - a male and a female - who she has paid to participate. Polly, dressed in a lewd hazmat suit, whips and orally services the male while raping the female, both of who are now restrained. Lella and Ely watch the spectacle with interest, but grow increasingly concerned as it goes on that the two youths have been tricked into something more sinister. Their fears are confirmed when Polly then murders the young man and woman to finish off the film. The villainess and her crew then load the corpses into their van and drive away.
Ely trails the van and follows Polly into a sauna, where she then attempts to go through the woman's belongings. When Polly catches her in the act, Ely begs her not to go to the police. Polly commands Ely to orally service her and then demands to return the act. Noticing Ely's attractive features, Polly states that if she performs in a pornographic film for her, she'll forget about the theft. Ely agrees, but only if her "sister" Lella can participate as well.
Polly takes the two girls onto the boat of their producer, Mister Von Kratzen, who is enthusiastic to begin. What the villains do not realize, however, is that Lella and Ely had laced their fingernails with curare, and each one of them are fatally poisoned by the girl's penetrative scratches during the sexual intercourse. With Polly and her crew now dead, the protagonists decide to steal the boat to replace their lost vardo.
After her purpose has been fulfilled, Polly kills the female performer...
