Miss Higgins (Sloan DeForest) is a minor antagonist in the action comedy web series "The Adventures of Superseven", which appeared on YouTube from 2011-2015. She appears in the 2012 episode "Operation: 3... 2... 1... Die!" (episode 17). Miss Higgins later appears in the 2015 episode "Superseven Is Still My Name".
Paula Bishop/Agent 38D (Kelly Delson) is seen driving in a white sports car. After coming to a stop, she pulls out a makeup compact, which serves as a communication device. She is calling Channel Z at T.H.E.M. headquarters in Jersey City, and reaches Miss Higgins (Sloan DeForest), the switchboard operator/secretary, who has a British accent. She identifies herself to Miss Higgins as Agent 38D. After acknowledging her, Miss Higgins is a little confused in that she thought she was Agent 38B. To this question, Paula says, "Well, I used to be 38B, but....now I'm 38D". With this she glances down at her own cleavage and then back up with a proud look on her face. Miss Higgins on the other end of the call, tries to put on a happy tone to her response, and tells Paula, "congratulations on your.....promotion".
Paula tells Miss Higgins that she has arrived at the rendezvous point and has the target sighted. She tells her that she will pick up the package and deliver it to T.H.E.M. Central. Miss Higgins tells her to "follow standard operating procedure, and exercise caution Agent 38D". After hanging up, Miss Higgins has a perplexed look on her face, as she analyzes the conversation she just had with the young agent. She finally gets a disgusted look of jealousy and simply says "Tart", which means that she disapproves of the young attractive, but promiscuous girl that she works with.
