Miss Greco (Antoinette Bower) is a villainess from "A Woman's Help," episode 6.24 of Alfred Hitchcock Presents (airdate March 28, 1961). She is a live-in nurse hired by Arnold Burton to tend to his bedridden wife, Elizabeth.
Shortly after hiring her, Arnold began an affair with Miss Greco, who later stated to Arnold that she wanted to become his wife. With that, the pair began planning to kill Elizabeth, and as part of their plan, the evil Miss Greco gave Elizabeth fatal doses of her medication. Their plan hit a slight snag when Elizabeth planned to see a doctor, which prompted them to increase the dosage more so she could be killed.
In the episode's climax, however, Elizabeth caught Arnold and Miss Greco kissing, and while she was unaware of their murderous plan for her, she did sense an affair between the two. Elizabeth later fired Miss Greco on the spot.
