Mina (Reyna de Courcy) is a minor villainess from "P.C.", episode 11.13 of Law & Order: SVU (airdate March 3, 2010). She was the girlfriend of Trey Greenway, a heavy metal singer who was the sole member of the "band", Vampyre Sacrifice. Like Trey, Mina believed she was a vampire and was allowing Trey to help her transition from a psychic vampire (one who fed on the psychic energy of others) to a sanguine vampire (one that fed on blood).
In addition to allowing Trey to feed on her blood as part of this "transition", Mina also used her job at Hudson Blood Center to steal blood for Trey, even providing her lover with blood to use to make a pentagram for one of his music videos. The pentagram was later discovered when a woman (later identified as Alisa Davies) was found mortally wounded in the abandoned building Trey filmed the video in, with the pentagram leading the SVU detectives to Trey under the belief that he killed Alisa.
Detectives Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler tracked Trey down to his address, where they found him feeding on Mina's blood as she was tied to his bedframe. Believing he was attacking Mina, Trey and Mina were taken to the station, where Mina revealed to Benson that she allowed Trey to suck her blood and that her screams were "in ecstacy". When asked about the pentagram found at the sight of Alisa's murder, Mina revealed how she gave the blood to Trey after stealing it from the blood bank, with Mina responding to Benson's reminder that her actions were a crime by saying that Trey was afraid of contracting HIV through his lifestyle (even having had Mina get tested) and that sex with him was "really hot". While Mina and Trey were both revealed to have no involvement in Alisa's murder, Mina was fired from Hudson Blood Center and presumably arrested for her habitual thefts.
