Mildred Muckle is a secondary antagonist in Mike Hammershlammer's "My Gun is the Jury!", the first story of the first issue of the 1954 comic book "Panic". The story is a spoof of Mickey Spillane's "Mike Hammer" character, and the title of his first two novels, "I, the Jury" and "My Gun is Quick".

According to private detective Mike Hammershlammer (who is in fact, female), Mildred Muckle was a dope pusher who ended up taking a kid's life. The woman eventually bumps into Mike and attempts to seduce her, but the protagonist tells her to "beat it". Mildred ignores these instructions and embraces the detective, but as she does, Mike feels the 'H' capsules in her money belt. Upon realizing who this woman is, Mike shoots her fatally in the chest.

Mike later learns that Mildred, along with Sadie Macintosh and Emma Gretsle, was part of a stolen car racket led by the story's main antagonist, Stella.
