Miki Ogura (Mariko Suzuki) is a villainess from "A Challenge from Agasa! Agasa vs. Conan and the Detective Boys", the 7th OVA of the Case Closed series (released in 2007). Prior to her appearance in the episode, Miki and her presumed lover Osamu Yoda kidnapped an unnamed teenage girl, doing so to hold her for a ransom.
After kidnapping their victim, Miki and Osamu encountered Hiroshi Agasa as he was waiting for Conan Edogawa and his friends (Ai Habara, Ayumi Yoshida, Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya, and Genta Kojima) to complete a detective test he'd set up for them, which consisted of claiming he had been kidnapped. Hiroshi was nearly struck by Osamu as they were driving, and subsequently saw the bound and gagged teen in the backseat with Miki. Before he could do anything, however, Hiroshi was knocked out with a stun gun by Osamu, taking him with them to an abandoned building and leaving him tied up in a separate room as they made ransom demands for their original hostage.
Later on, Conan and company were able to deduce quickly that Hiroshi had been kidnapped due to finding his glasses on the street, with Hiroshi contacting the group via Genta's detective badge and informing them of his situation, as well as details of his location. As the children tracked down Hiroshi, Osamu and Miki were shown informing Hiroshi they were almost ready to collect their ransom demand and coldly laughing as Osamu informed him that they would kill him for becoming a loose end. But at that moment, Conan and Ai entered the building together, with the former subduing Osamu by kicking a soccer ball at him and sending him flying across the room. Afterwards, Miki attempted to flee by jumping out the nearby window, only for Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, and Genta to trap her inside a crow repellent net. The teenager and Hiroshi were then freed by Ai and Conan and Miki was later handcuffed and placed under arrest along with Osamu.
