Meredith (Meagan Flynn) was the secondary villainess of the short horror film, Now That You're Dead (release date January 26, 2009). She was the mistress of married man Ronald, who she was shown sleeping with in the film's beginning. Following their tryst, Meredith expressed little concern about the return of Ronald's wife, Elaine, but begrudgingly hid in the closet when she unexpectedly returned home early.

But shortly afterwards, Meredith and Ronald were both seemingly shot and killed by Elaine, who had learned sometime prior about her husband's affair and had plotted to kill them both in revenge. But later on, when Elaine prepared to dispose of Meredith and Ronald's bodies, the illicit couple's corpses suddenly disappeared while Elaine was distracted, with the pair taunting her afterwards by whispering her name repeatedly.

As Elaine attempted to flee in her car, Meredith made her reveal as an evil vampiress, standing in front of Elaine's car and eating her keys. Elaine then attempted to flee after recovering her spare keys, only for Ronald (having been turned into a vampire by Meredith) to rise up from the back seat and bite Elaine's neck, turning her into a vampire as well. Later on, the villainous couple threw Elaine's purse into the lake before leaving in her car, leaving Elaine tied to a tree with the intention of leaving her to die when the sun rose; a fate Meredith spitefully referred to as payback for shooting her. But later on, as Ronald and Meredith drove away, their car broke down and Ronald was shocked to see Elaine pass by in a car as he struggled to fix it (having been rescued by a pair of hunters). Meredith and Ronald eventually arrived back at home as the sun was beginning to come up, only to find that the scorned Elaine had already arrived and had locked them out of the house, leaving Meredith and Ronald outside to die as the sun rose.
