Twin Medusas (メデューサ) are the bosses of stage 2 of the 1989 beat'em up arade game "Wild Fang" (aka. "Tecmo Knight") by developer Tecmo.
The large red spheres are eggs which they give birth to and hurl at the player during the battle. Their heads explode in a grisly fashion upon being defeated.
