Medusa (Elaine Hendrix) was the main villainess from "The Rocks," episode 2.06 of Special Unit 2.
Medusa is an evil Gorgon who has the power to turn men into stone. She and her sister (Stefanie von Pfetten) frequent local nightclubs and seduce various men, while later turning them into stone statues. The femme fatales were spotted by Det. Nick O'Malley (Michael Landes), who was working the case with Det. Kate Benson (Alexondra Lee), and they made their move on him. The left the bar with Nick and brought him to their apartment building. Once Nick spotted a snake from under Medusa's hair, he fought the duo, but was clearly outnumbered. Kate stepped in and killed Medusa's sister, while Medusa herself escaped.
After claiming a construction worker as her latest victim, the evil Medusa looked to avenge her sister and go after Kate's boyfriend, Ian (Sebastian Spence). While Kate and Ian were dining at a fine restaurant, Medusa had a snake come out of her hair and slither over to the adjoining table. Nick arrived just in time to cut the snakes head off. She then kicked Kate into a food of table and her snake bit Nick in the neck. He recovered in a lab as an anecdote was discovered. In the meantime, half of his body was turning to stone.
Medusa met Ian at a bar, and took him back to her place, which was full of stone statues (her many victims), and began seducing him. Just as Medusa was about to make Ian her latest victim, Kate appeared and battled the villainess once again, ending with Kate decapitating Medusa with a sword.
