Medusa is a secondary antagonist in the 1989 side-scrolling Arcade game "Castle of Dragon"（キャッスルオブドラゴン）by developer Athena.
Medusa is the boss of the third stage, and towers over the main protagonist; nearly doubling his height. She attacks by spitting a trio of green energy orbs from her mouth, as well as summoning fireballs with her staff.
