May Winters (Mara Davi) was the villainess of "Love Hurts", episode 1.06 of Taxi Brooklyn (airdate July 30, 2014). She was an Assistant District Attorney who was first introduced in the preceding episode, "Ambush".
As revealed in "Love Hurts", May was the ADA on the case of Harvey Pearson, a serial killer better known as the "Park Slope Stalker". Detective Cat Sullivan (who was kidnapped and held captive by Pearson) provided testimony during the trial, and it was then that May became romantically obsessed with Cat.
Following the trial, May began to send twisted fan letters to Cat. When Cat ignored them, the psychotic and enraged May contacted Harvey Pearson, claiming to be an admirer of his and agreeing to kill his wife Amanda for him (as he hated not being able to be with her due to his incarceration). May killed Amanda in Prospect Park, the dump site for Pearson's murders, and left a note for Cat saying she'd killed Amanda for her. May later killed Pearson's younger brother Jerry, injecting him with a poison. She then called Cat and said she had a "surprise" at her home, having left a chilling message on her front steps and throwing Jerry's corpse off the roof.
While at the courtroom where Pearson's trial took place with Cat, having deduced that her stalker was with her at the trial, Leo recognize May as a woman who was in the crowd when Jerry's body was dumped, having donned a blonde wig as a disguise. Wanting to lure her in, Cat and Leo began to make out in Leo's cab, as they deduced that May would be watching. They were proven right when, after Cat went inside her building, May got into Leo's cab and put a gun to his head, planning to force him to drive somewhere before killing him so Cat would never find his body. When Cat came back and tried to intervene, the evil May forced her to unload her gun and took her at gunpoint, forcing her to drive the car away.
Leo was able to track Cat down to where May was holding her, finding May's apartment covered in photos of Cat. She eventually found Cat trapped inside a cage, but was stabbed (non-fatally) by May before he could free her. As Cat tried to get the lock off of the cage, May tearfully asked Cat why she didn't love her before using her knife to cut her own throat, killing herself.
