Background[]
- Mari was the daughter of the headmaster of Hachimitsu Academy. After discovering her father's addiction to looking at women's butts, Mari grew to believe all men were perverts and sought to rigidly enforce Hachimitsu Academy's all female status. When four male students who had transferred there were caught looking at the girls in the bathing room, Mari had all five boys who had transferred there (Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Shingo, Joji and Andre) rounded up and jailed in the school's prison for one month, where she had her vice-president Meiko Shiraki oversee disciplining them through backbreaking labor each day. While there the boys weren't allowed to leave the prison or the school at all, lest they have their sentence extended by one month. Despite this, Kiyoshi snuck out of the prison to go on a date with Mari's sister Chiyo (and to buy Gakuto a Guan Yu figurine he desired), only to get caught when Chiyo texted a picture of her and Kiyoshi together to Mari, believing Mari had allowed Kiyoshi to leave the school. As a result, the boys all had their sentences extended for one month. However, this incident also convinced Mari that the boys were all irredeemable and led her to begin conspiring to have them expelled. Mari's plan to get the boys expelled was called Danshi Taigaku Operation (Operation Boys Expulsion) or "DTO". For the first stage of DTO, Mari had Meiko allow Shingo to run several errands outside of school and arranged for him to meet Anzu Yokoyama on one of them and fall in love with her, all so she could distract him into arriving back at the school late, which would technically count as another escape attempt by the boys and get their sentence extended one month. Mari also instructed Meiko to stop punishing Andre in order to starve his masochistic desires, while at the same time giving her a school uniform to wear that was one size to small for her so Andre would be further turned on. Eventually, the Underground Student Council used Meiko and the promise of punishment to lure Andre outside the school and frame him for another escape attempt. As this was going on, Anzu was keeping Shingo occupied while he was on another errand so he would arrive back at the school late and be counted as trying to escape, leading the boys to all get expelled for pulling two more escape attempts. However, Anzu confessed to Shingo about her role in the plan and Shingo raced to get back to the school in time, only to arrive a few seconds late. With that, the boys were counted as having made two more escape attempts and the USC was able to push for them to be expelled. However, the boys successfully managed to send a petition to the headmaster asking for their expulsion date to be extended so they could prove they were set up and, after Kiyoshi answered the headmaster's question about why butts were better than boobs correctly, the headmaster agreed to grant them an extra day before their expulsion so they could prove their innocence. From there, the boys successfully managed to obtain evidence of the USC's DTO plan and how they conspired to falsely expel them, which they presented before the headmaster on the day they were scheduled to be expelled. With their innocence proven, the boys were all let out of the prison, just in time for the school's wet t-shirt contest, and the three members of the USC were all exposed for their misdeeds and jailed. As the USC were imprisoned in the prison they had once locked up the boys in, the Aboveground Student Council rose to power in their place and oversaw the task of disciplining them while they were in the prison.
